On Company Time (OCT) was formed in 2023 by coworkers Luke Pappalardo, Peter Pappalardo, and Vinny LoCasto who began turning meeting voice memos into songs. They released their debut album On Company Time on January 9, 2026, earned 50M+ streams and were named one of Billboard’s "Top 15 Musical Comedians Right Now" in June 2025. OCT has sold-out live shows and toured internationally, appearing at festivals and venues across the U.S. and Europe.
