Sienna Spiro began posting viral singing videos on TikTok in 2021 and released her debut EP Sink Now, Swim Later in February 2025. Her 2025 single "Die On This Hill" became a breakthrough hit (reaching the UK Top 10), she signed a global publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing, and was nominated for the 2026 BRITs Critics' Choice award.
