About
Formed in 1965 and originally co-led by Roy Loney and Cyril Jordan, the Flamin' Groovies released landmark albums including Teenage Head (1971) and Shake Some Action (1976). The band influenced later power-pop and punk acts, underwent multiple lineup changes, and reformed in the 2010s, issuing Fantastic Plastic in 2017. Members and lineups have continued to perform and release material intermittently since the reunion.
