Jason Salmon is a Texas born, NYC-based comedian and actor whose comedy has been described as “The best advice you’ve ever gotten, from the dumbest guy you know.”
Jason’s debut comedy album Force of Nurture (2018) topped the iTunes comedy chart, and his first standup special Biscuits and Gravity (2023) has more than 1 million views, with an additional 2.2M views of his viral Gen-X bit. Salmon’s ongoing Another Weird Week series has racked up tens-of-millions of views and counting, building up an enthusiastic wave of new fans nationwide who celebrate his keen political skewering that plays just as well in Texas as in NYC. Jason deftly sidesteps political tribalism, calling out politics anywhere it tries to keep us small, celebrates our humanity wherever we’re from, and people everywhere love it.
As an actor he’s been featured in 30 Rock, Orange is the New Black, At Home with Amy Sedaris, and Hulu’s Wu-Tang: An American Saga series.
