Taking Back Tacos is a pop-punk and emo cover band formed in early 2025 by musicians who connected through local musicians wanted social media groups. For over a year, we’ve been bringing the soundtrack of the early 2000s to stages across Austin, Kyle, Pflugerville, San Marcos, and San Antonio with crowd singalongs, audience participation, and nonstop high energy performances.
